Australian Institute of Architects Experience

This 2012 event was hosted in Brisbane for the first time in 24 years, with a theme of ‘Experience’ — a reminder that architecture is more than skin deep.

We worked in collaboration with the artistic directors to develop the conference identity around a seated character — an observer who appears amid many colours corresponding with various times of day. Our designs for the marketing collateral proved highly successful and the conference received a record number of attendees.
